You will coach a sales team, oversee budgets, and collaborate with leadership to meet annual targets, ensuring exceptional customer service and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent; advanced education preferred.
• Licenses: Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Experience: 1–2 years in sales management.
• Proven in-home sales experience and success meeting annual goals.
• Public speaking ability required; CRM experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Qualifies sales leads, schedules appointments, and presents pre-need services.
• Completes electronic contracts and closes sales.
• Generates leads via community events and home visits.
• Manages contracts and paperwork; tracks budget and expenses.
• Coaches team on sales techniques, performance, and development.
• Screens and hires staff; collaborates with HR on discipline and career growth.
