Job summary

Service Corporation International in Las Vegas is seeking a sales leader to coach and develop a team of sales professionals, focus on meeting monthly revenue goals, and drive growth across prospecting, pricing, and contracts. You will mentor staff in public speaking, closing, and product knowledge while maintaining compliance.

Work with marketing to optimize campaigns, manage CRM, and train staff on new processes, aiming to increase market share and reduce turnover with a proactive management

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; Associates degree preferred.
• Licenses Series 6 or 7 current or within six months.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• At least four years in outside/inside consumer sales with proven goals.
• Experience with CRM and Salesforce.com preferred; electronic sales contracts experience.
• Funeral services industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly revenue goal and improve conversion ratio.
• Develop sales staff in prospecting, public speaking, closing, pricing, and contracts.
• Review contracts for compliance and provide feedback to staff.
• Utilize CRM to identify and assign warm leads; support marketing campaigns.
• Develop annual sales plans for each associate.
• Lead change initiatives; coach teams to reduce turnover.
