You will leverage a proven track record of 3-5 years in high-volume dealership sales to drive goals, deliver exceptional customer service, and collaborate across departments. Top compensation up to $250K+ annually, with professional development and benefits.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Sales Manager experience in a dealership.
• Strong leadership and the ability to develop top-performing sales teams.
• Proven track record of meeting goals while delivering excellent customer service.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
