Job summary

Rock Hill Nissan is seeking an Automotive Sales Consultant to join our high-energy, customer-centric team in Rock Hill, SC. Earn commissions with a total compensation potential of $36,000 to over $180,000 annually, with a standard 5-day workweek including Saturdays.

We offer robust development through Hudson Academy, PTO up to 10 days per year, medical/dental/vision and life insurance, a 401k plan, and employee vehicle/service discounts.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check.
• Track record of strong automotive sales performance.
• Experience delivering world-class customer experience in a high-volume retail environment.
• Ability to guide customers as they navigate the sales process.
• Excellent communication and emotional intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Sell vehicles and close deals while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
