Job summary

Stretch Zone - 1025 is seeking a Sales Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, drive membership growth, and help members experience the benefits of practitioner-assisted stretching. Lead and develop a high-performing team in a retail studio setting.

Open the studio, greet members, coach up to five sales associates, manage the schedule, answer phones, book Stretch Assessments, and ensure exceptional service with a personal touch to meet daily and monthly goals.

Qualifications

• Experience managing 1–2 sales team members.
• Retail sales experience including cash handling, KPIs, and P&L familiarity.
• Passion for health and wellness and helping others succeed.

Responsibilities

• Open the studio, ensure cleanliness, organization, and readiness.
• Greet members by name, check in, and provide a welcoming experience.
• Coach up to five Sales Associates, manage schedules, answer phones, book assessments.
• Lead the team to meet membership sales goals by communicating value of stretching.
• Track KPIs, monitor daily and monthly goals, resolve member questions professionally.
• Build a culture of excellence, accountability, and service.

A Day in the Life

• Your day starts by opening the studio and ensuring everything is clean, organized, and ready to welcome members.
• As members arrive, you greet them by name, check them in, and make sure each person feels comfortable and cared for.
• Throughout the day, you lead by example—coaching up to five Sales Associates, checking the schedule, answering phones, booking Stretch Assessments and following up on missed appointments and missed sales.
• You lead the team in meeting membership sales goals by demonstrating how to communicate the value of practitioner-assisted stretching.
• Between appointments, you're tracking performance metrics, reviewing KPIs, and ensuring the studio is hitting daily and monthly goals. If a member has a question or concern, you're there to resolve it with professionalism and a personal touch.

Requirements

• Paid experience managing 1–2 team members.
• Retail sales experience (cash handling, KPIs, P&L familiarity).
