Job summary

Stretch Zone is seeking a Sales Manager to oversee daily studio operations, drive member growth, and lead a high-performing team of Sales Associates. You’ll model exceptional customer service and cultivate a culture of excellence in wellness.

Responsibilities include coaching up to five staff, managing schedules, handling member inquiries, and achieving daily and monthly membership targets while maintaining a personal, professional touch.

Qualifications

• Paid experience managing 1–2 team members.
• Retail sales experience including cash handling and KPIs.
• P&L familiarity is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Open the studio, ensure clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Greet members by name, check in, and make them feel cared for.
• Lead and coach up to five Sales Associates.
• Monitor schedule, answer phones, and book Stretch Assessments.
• Drive membership sales and communicate the value of stretching.
• Track KPIs and ensure daily and monthly goals are met.

A Day in the Life

• Your day starts by opening the studio and ensuring everything is clean, organized, and ready to welcome members.
• As members arrive, you greet them by name, check them in, and make sure each person feels comfortable and cared for.
• Throughout the day, you lead by example—coaching up to five Sales Associates, checking the schedule, answering phones, booking Stretch Assessments and following up on missed appointments and missed sales.
• You lead the team in meeting membership sales goals by demonstrating how to communicate the value of practitioner-assisted stretching.
• Between appointments, you're tracking performance metrics, reviewing KPIs, and ensuring the studio is hitting daily and monthly goals. If a member has a question or concern, you're there to resolve it with professionalism and a personal touch.

Requirements

• Paid experience managing 1–2 team members.
