Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker offers the Commercial Sales Leadership Program (SLP) starting January 2027 in Phoenix, AZ and Salt Lake City, UT. This program accelerates development for recent graduates aiming for leadership in Sales, Channel and Brand Management.

During three rotations, participants will support Retail, Commercial & Industrial End User, and Sales Support functions, gaining hands-on experience and learning how the business operates in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field with strong communication skills.
• Experience or internship in sales, channel or brand management is a plus.
• Ability to analyze data in Power BI and Salesforce to drive growth.

Responsibilities

• Support Retail, Commercial & Industrial End User, and Sales Support functions across rotations.
• Collaborate with product, brand, channel, operations and finance teams.
• Track pricing, quality, shipments and merchandising; analyze promotions for improvements.
• Maintain demo tools, inventory systems and sales technology platforms like Salesforce and Power BI.
