The program emphasizes analytics, training, and cross-functional collaboration to prepare you for future leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Communications, Psychology, Business or related field.
• Recent graduates or early career professionals with less than 2 years of experience (including internship/co-op).
• Demonstrated leadership values & behaviors, critical thinking, problem-solving, learning agility and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Rotations across Retail, Commercial & Industrial End User, and Sales Support.
• Develop growth plans by engaging with trade partners, distributors and end users.
• Support sales operations with data analysis using Power BI and Salesforce.
