Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or related field.
• 1–2 years of industry experience preferred.
• Strong communicator with customer focus.
• Willing to travel regionally.
• Relocation or regional travel available for rotations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end territory management and identify opportunities to accelerate revenue.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve performance and profitability.
• Manage the full sales cycle for assigned accounts with autonomy.
• Forecast pipeline and craft pricing and product mix recommendations.
• Develop leadership skills for future outside sales roles.
