Job summary

LexisNexis Legal & Professional in North America is seeking a Performance Consultant to partner with leaders and teams to create practical learning experiences that raise revenue attainment and productivity.

You will design and deliver training for sales and non-sales audiences, both in person and virtually, leveraging AI tools and adult-learning principles to drive measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated successful experience in training
• Strong understanding of the sales process
• Strong leadership and teambuilding skills
• Ability to think strategically, tactically, and analytically
• Experience with core Office 365 applications and AI tools
• Proven project management, time management, and organizational skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills as well as presentation skills both in-person and virtual

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership to shape and deliver large-scale development initiatives that support business priorities across LexisNexis North America.
• Consult with sales and segment leaders to identify performance gaps and recommend targeted learning solutions for new hires and experienced employees across multiple functions.
• Design, plan, and deliver engaging training for large audiences on sales and non-sales topics, both in person and virtually.
• Create practical tools, guides, and follow-up resources that help employees apply what they learn on the job.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop content, coordinate training programs, and facilitate learning experiences.
• Measure program effectiveness through feedback and performance data, communicate results, and continually improve programs.
• Apply adult learning principles and emerging technologies, including generative AI, to strengthen learning and productivity.
• Work across all levels of the sales organization to solve problems and address challenges.
