Job summary

LexisNexis Legal & Professional in the United States is seeking a Performance Consultant to partner with North America leaders and teams to create practical learning experiences that lift individual and team performance. You’ll design, deliver, and measure training across multiple functions to accelerate revenue targets and leadership capability.

You will apply adult learning principles and emerging technologies, including generative AI, to strengthen productivity and learning transfer.

Qualifications

Demonstrated successful experience in training and development.
Strong understanding of the sales process and performance metrics.
Leadership and teambuilding skills with cross-functional collaboration.
Strategic, tactical, and analytical thinking applied to learning solutions.
Proficiency with Office 365 applications and AI tools.

Responsibilities

Partner with senior leadership to shape and deliver development initiatives across North America.
Consult with sales and segment leaders to identify performance gaps and design targeted learning solutions.
Design, plan, and deliver engaging training for large audiences both in person and virtually.
Create practical tools and resources to apply learning on the job.
Collaborate with SMEs to develop content and coordinate programs.
Measure program effectiveness and implement improvements based on data.
