Job summary

LexisNexis Legal & Professional is seeking a Performance Consultant to partner with leaders across North America, delivering large-scale development initiatives and targeted learning solutions to improve performance.

You will design engaging trainings for diverse audiences, create practical tools, measure outcomes, and apply adult learning principles with emerging technologies including generative AI to boost productivity.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience delivering training programs.
• Strong understanding of the sales process and enabling performance.
• Proven leadership and teambuilding capabilities.
• Ability to collaborate across functions to drive learning initiatives.
• Strategic, tactical, and analytical thinking applied to program design.
• Comfort with Office 365 apps and AI-enabled tools.
• Proven project and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership to shape large-scale development initiatives.
• Consult with sales and segment leaders to identify performance gaps and design solutions.
• Design, plan, and deliver engaging training for large audiences, in person or virtual.
• Create tools and resources to reinforce on-the-job application.
• Collaborate with SMEs to develop content and manage programs.
• Measure impact through feedback and performance data; iterate.
