Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership to shape and deliver large-scale development initiatives across LexisNexis North America.
• Consult with sales and segment leaders to identify performance gaps and recommend training solutions.
• Design, plan, and deliver engaging training for large audiences in person and virtually.
• Create practical tools, guides, and follow-up resources for on‑the‑job application.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop content and coordinate programs.
• Measure program effectiveness via feedback and performance data and improve programs.
• Apply adult learning principles and emerging technologies, including generative AI, to boost productivity.
• Work across all levels of the sales organization to address performance challenges.
