Job summary

LexisNexis Legal & Professional in North America is seeking a Performance Consultant to partner with leaders and teams to deliver practical learning experiences that boost revenue attainment and leadership effectiveness. You will design and implement scalable training for sales and non-sales audiences, using AI-enabled methods.

You will collaborate with executives and SMEs to close performance gaps, measure outcomes, and continuously improve programs across multiple functions and levels.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of the sales process
• Strong leadership and teambuilding skills
• Ability to think strategically, tactically, and analytically
• Experience with core Office 365 applications and AI tools
• Proven project management, time management, and organizational skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills as well as presentation skills both in-person and virtual

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership to shape and deliver large-scale development initiatives that support business priorities across LexisNexis North America.
• Consult with sales and segment leaders to identify performance gaps and recommend targeted learning solutions for new hires and experienced employees across multiple functions.
• Design, plan, and deliver engaging training for large audiences on sales and non-sales topics, both in person and virtually.
• Create practical tools, guides, and follow-up resources that help employees apply what they learn on the job.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop relevant content, coordinate training programs, and facilitate effective learning experiences.
• Measure program effectiveness through participant feedback and performance data, communicate results, and continually improve programs.
• Apply adult learning principles, effective instructional techniques, and emerging technologies, including generative AI, to strengthen learning and employee productivity.
• Work across all levels of the sales organization to solve problems and address challenges that affect employee and team performance.
