Job summary

Anthropic is seeking an experienced enablement professional to build our Sales Leader Enablement program within the GTM Productivity team. You will design onboarding, training, and reinforcement programs to ensure sales managers ramp quickly, lead their teams effectively, and drive consistent sales processes globally.

• Experience rolling out and reinforcing a sales leadership enablement program.
• Program management experience in fast-growing environments.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills for managers and executives.
• Ability to translate complex AI concepts into training content.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable onboarding and ongoing development for sales leadership.
• Roll out a unified sales methodology across the global sales team with executive sponsorship.
• Build reinforcement systems into coaching cadences, deal reviews, and pipeline reviews.
• Define leading indicators of manager and team effectiveness.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, Operations to provide timely messaging and training on new releases.
• Serve as trusted advisor to sales leadership on productivity and development.
• Leverage Claude and other AI tools to deliver personalized, just-in-time training at scale.
