Job summary

Lovable is seeking a Technical Enablement Lead to own GTM technical knowledge for Sales, CS, and SA. You will onboard Solution Architects and empower AEs and CSMs with AI transformation conversations, building systems that raise the entire field's technical floor.

You will partner with SA teams to design scalable enablement, reference architectures, and AI use-case patterns, driving rapid, measurable outcomes across the organization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in a technical GTM role with field-scale enablement experience.
• Ability to translate deep technical content for AEs and CSMs.
• Experience building technical knowledge systems (libraries, patterns).
• Fluent in AI use cases and enterprise AI transformations.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across GTM pillars.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical knowledge hub for GTM (demo library, reference architectures).
• Raise the technical floor for AEs and CSMs with use-case fluency.
• Leverage SA team as a knowledge multiplier and scale insights.
• Co-own SA ramp and development with Head of SA and senior SA team.
• Ensure AE/CSM readiness and strong technical messaging across the funnel.
