Job summary

Veeva Systems is seeking an experienced Sales Leader to accelerate growth across our largest, strategic accounts for Veeva Quality Cloud. You will build and guide a high-performance team of Account Executives while engaging VP-level stakeholders in Quality Assurance and Quality Control.

This role focuses on developing long-term strategic roadmaps with key Life Sciences customers, hiring and mentoring a diverse team, and driving cross-functional collaboration to win complex multi-year deals.

Qualifications

• Experience leading sales teams in enterprise SaaS or life sciences domains.
• Proven track record in managing strategic accounts and complex negotiations.
• Ability to coach and develop Account Executives and cross-functional teammates.
