Job summary

Veeva is seeking a Solution Consultant to translate life sciences quality and manufacturing needs into value-driven Veeva Quality solutions. You will partner across the sales cycle—from discovery to executive engagement—to demonstrate measurable business value and drive modernization of quality processes.

You will act as a trusted advisor to Quality leaders, combining domain knowledge with consultative selling, strong communication, and solution expertise.

Qualifications

• 5+ years overall experience including 3+ years of Solution Consultant experience in Pharma/Biotech, MedTech, Diagnostics or another relevant regulated industry.
• Experience in pre-sales and solution consulting customer-facing role within a software or technology organization.
• Strong understanding of Quality and/or Manufacturing operations in life sciences.
• Working knowledge of Cloud and SaaS applications, life sciences business processes and digital transformation concepts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, facilitation and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel approximately 20-30% of time within India.
• Based in or able to work from the target territories: Mumbai, Hyderabad or Bangalore.
• English and Hindi proficiency; familiarity with relevant regional languages is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer business objectives, quality processes, pain points and transformation priorities.
• Translate business and regulatory requirements into practical, differentiated Veeva Quality solution approaches.
• Create and deliver compelling demonstrations that show how Veeva Quality can improve compliance, efficiency, accountability and user experience.
• Lead consultative engagements—including discovery workshops, solution workshops, conference room pilots and proof-of-concepts—to demonstrate business value.
• Support the sales team in progressing opportunities, strengthening executive relationships and increasing confidence in Veeva as the preferred strategic partner.
• Bring market, industry and competitive insight into account strategy and solution positioning.
