RRC Solutions Group seeks a Sales Leader to take ownership of the sales organization and drive profitable growth. This role requires hands-on leadership, field engagement with customers, and accountability for performance metrics.

You will work with senior leadership to shape strategy, coach a team, and manage both direct and channel sales. Travel of up to 40–50% is expected to support customers and the team.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of progressive sales experience.
• Previous sales management experience developing and leading sales professionals.
• Proven revenue growth and new-account development history.
• Experience managing direct sales and channel/partner relationships.
• Strong KPI ownership and accountability for activity and results.
• Proven pipeline management and forecasting capabilities.
• Experience with longer-cycle B2B sales.
• Strong CRM experience and data integrity.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel 40–50% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performance sales team focused on accountability and results.
• Establish performance expectations across territories and markets.
• Manage pipeline, forecasting, and CRM usage with executive visibility.
• Develop growth strategies and identify priority accounts and opportunities.
• Own strategic accounts and participate in key customer meetings and reviews.
• Build and optimize channel/partner relationships and go-to-market strategies.
• Provide leadership with market and customer intelligence to inform offerings.
• Ensure successful recruitment, onboarding, and development of sales talent.
