Job summary

Now Optics, operating as Stanton Optical Brand, is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a high-performing team on-site. You will supervise store operations, coach associates, and partner with the Clinical team while driving sales performance and ensuring excellent customer service.

You will work closely with the Brand Manager, participate in talent acquisition, and report to senior leadership as needed. A dynamic, growth-oriented environment awaits a proactive leader.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Experience planning and implementing sales strategies and directing a sales team.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to changing business needs.
• Strong communication skills with diverse groups.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales to exceed personal and store goals while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Act as Manager on duty to support Brand Manager duties and store operations.
• Lead talent acquisition and development, partner with Recruiting and HR teams.
• Collaborate with Clinical services and Lab staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Analyze reports to monitor staff performance and progress toward goals.
• Maintain brand standards in the lab area and manage equipment issues.
• Ensure timely delivery and accurate customer orders; track service commitments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
