Job summary

Now Optics, operating Stanton Optical, seeks a Sales Manager to lead store sales performance and coach associates. You will partner with the Brand Manager to implement action plans, train staff, and drive customer service excellence across our rapidly growing optical retail network.

You will empower team members, manage store operations, and collaborate with Clinical and Lab staff to deliver high-quality eyewear and a best-in-class customer experience.

Qualifications

• At least one year of leadership in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Experience planning and implementing sales strategies and directing a sales team.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to changing business needs.
• Strong communication skills with diverse groups.
• Experience with MS Word and Google Docs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales to exceed personal and store goals while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Maintain customer satisfaction by resolving questions and providing solutions.
• Support Brand Manager duties and act as Manager on duty when needed.
• Assist in talent acquisition and development; recruit and train staff.
• Build strong collaboration with Clinical services and ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Analyze daily/weekly/monthly reports to ensure staff achieve goals.
• Ensure brand standards in the lab and notify management of issues such as equipment or order problems.
• Coordinate delivery times to patients and ensure on-time fulfillment.
