Job summary

Stanton Optical is seeking a Sales Manager to lead store sales and coach a dynamic team. You will partner with the Brand Manager to execute action plans that boost performance, deliver exceptional customer service, and foster a results-driven culture.

The role offers opportunities to work with Clinical and Lab teams, analyze performance data, and ensure ‘Now Service’ and ‘Ready When Promised’ targets are met.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a retail sales team in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to plan and implement sales strategies and coach staff.
• Strong multitasking and adaptability in changing business needs.
• Effective communication with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales to exceed store goals while delivering strong customer service.
• Support Brand Manager duties and act as Manager on duty.
• Recruitment and development of store associates.
• Partner with Clinical services and Lab Staff.
• Analyze reports to monitor staff performance.
• Coordinate with Support Center and HR.
• Ensure lab production targets and timely delivery.
• Handle customer repairs and lens edging.
• Maintain brand standards in the lab area.
• Ensure on-time delivery to customers.
• Other duties as assigned.
