Job summary

Now Optics d/b/a Stanton Optical Brand is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a high-performing store team. You will drive sales, coach associates, and partner with Clinical and Lab staff to ensure outstanding customer service and timely delivery of eyewear.

You will train and empower team members, manage talent and schedules, and collaborate with the Brand Manager to implement action plans that boost performance while maintaining brand standards.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Experience planning and executing sales strategies; able to direct a sales team.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills for a dynamic store setting.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales to exceed store goals while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Act as Manager on Duty to support Brand Manager duties and store operations.
• Recruit, train and develop team members, partnering with HR and clinical teams as needed.
• Analyze reports to ensure staff achieve targets and maintain brand standards in the lab area.
• Oversee lens edging, frame assembly, and on-time delivery of orders to customers.
