Job summary

Stanton Optical Brand, part of Now Optics, is seeking a Sales Manager to lead store teams, coach associates, and partner with Clinical and Lab teams to drive sales and service excellence.

You will train staff, supervise day-to-day store operations, and act as Manager on duty, delivering results through coaching, recruiting, and performance planning.

Candidates should have at least one year of retail leadership, strong communication, and a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• You have demonstrated leadership ability with at least one year of experience in a fast paced retail environment.
• You have experience planning and implementing sales strategies, as well as directing a sales team.
• You have the ability to multitask, prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales to exceed personal and store goals while delivering outstanding customer service experience.
• Support Brand Manager duties frequently acting as Manager on duty to accomplish objectives (talent acquisition, development, and partnerships).
• Analyze daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly reports to ensure staff achieve goals.
• Ensure proper lab production so that Now Service and Ready When Promised are achieved.
