Job summary

Stanton Optical is seeking a Sales Manager to lead store sales efforts, coach a team, and support the Brand Manager in achieving targets. This on-site role offers opportunities to train staff, collaborate with clinical teams, and drive customer satisfaction across the retail eyewear environment.

You will supervise operations, mentor associates, and help implement action plans to boost performance while maintaining brand standards and a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Leadership ability with at least one year of experience in a fast paced retail environment.
• Experience planning and implementing sales strategies, and directing a sales team.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and adapt to changing business needs.
• Strong communication skills with diverse groups.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales to exceed personal and store goals while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Support Brand Manager duties, acting as Manager on duty when needed.
• Plan talent acquisition and development, train new team members, and manage development plans.
• Collaborate with Clinical services and analyze reports to ensure goals are met.
• Ensure lab production meets standards and delivery times for customers.
