Job summary

Now Optics d/b/a Stanton Optical Brand is seeking a Sales Manager for an on-site store location. You will lead a sales team, support the Brand Manager, train associates, and partner with Clinical services to drive performance.

This role emphasizes coaching, development, and exposure to senior leadership. You will analyze reports, ensure lab production meets standards, and support customer service goals.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership with at least one year in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to plan and implement sales strategies and direct a sales team.
• Capable of multitasking and adapting to changing business needs.
• Strong communication skills with diverse groups.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales to exceed store goals while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Support Brand Manager duties and act as Manager on Duty as needed.
• Assist in talent acquisition, training, and development of store associates.
• Build partnerships with Clinical services and analyze reports to meet targets.
• Communicate with Support Center and HR; ensure lab production meets standards.
• Execute repairs, assemble lenses, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintain brand standards and monitor delivery times to patients.
