AEO is hiring a full-time Sales Leader to support the Store Leadership Team in Missouri. You will lead Leader on Duty shifts, supervise daily operations, and drive strong sales through exceptional guest experiences.

You will train and motivate associates, recruit top talent, and ensure adherence to brand standards. This role emphasizes integrity, operational excellence, and a Guest First culture in-store.

Competenze

• You love AE and Aerie products.
• You have led teams in a retail management role previously.
• You can multi-task and have attention to detail; priority-setting and time management are your strong suits.
• You have strong business acumen.
• You have flexible availability and are available to work when guests shop.

Mansioni

• Drive sales by maximizing Fitting Room and Salesfloor productivity and building guest loyalty.
• Lead and motivate the team; model service standards on the Salesfloor and in the Fitting Room.
• Recruit, hire, and train strong talent to ensure adequate staffing for business needs.
• Provide ongoing performance feedback and real-time coaching to drive engagement.
• Execute daily visual and operational procedures including shipment processing, merchandising moves, and visual standards.
• Maintain store safety, adhere to Asset Protection standards, and follow all policies.
