Job summary

AEO is seeking a full-time Sales Leader to support the Store Leadership Team with Leader on Duty shifts and ensure an exceptional guest experience. You will train, motivate and celebrate associates while driving sales and maintaining brand standards on the salesfloor and in the fitting room.

You will recruit and develop talent, provide ongoing coaching, and uphold integrity and store safety. The role requires flexible availability to align with guest traffic and store needs.
