Job summary

AEO is seeking a full-time Sales Leader to support the Store Leadership Team in Towson, ensuring a stellar guest experience and strong sales results. You will lead LOD shifts, train and celebrate associates, and uphold brand standards in daily operations.

You’ll recruit, develop and coach staff, align with core values, and drive performance with real-time feedback while maintaining store safety and asset protection. This role centers on guest-first service and operational excellence.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by maximizing Fitting Room and Salesfloor productivity and build guest loyalty through a best-in-class in-store guest experience.
• Motivate and inspire the team through AEO's core values; model service standards on the Salesfloor and in the Fitting Room.
• Recruit, hire and train strong talent to ensure the store is staffed to meet business needs and deliver outstanding service.
• Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to associates, celebrate performance and drive engagement.
• Execute and innovate daily visual and operational procedures including shipment processing, merchandising moves and visual standards.
• Maintain store safety and asset protection standards, adhere to AEO's policies and do the right thing.
