AEO is seeking a full-time Sales Leader to support the Store Leadership Team in delivering a stellar guest experience and driving sales results. As an LOD, you will supervise daily operations, mentor associates, and uphold brand standards to ensure a guest-ready store.

You’ll recruit and train talent, coach for performance, and lead the team with integrity and a Guest First mindset, while championing in-store visual and operational procedures and KPI delivery.
