Job summary

AEO is seeking a dedicated full-time Sales Leader to support the Store Leadership Team, manage LOD shifts, and deliver a best-in-class guest experience. You will train, motivate, and celebrate associates while driving strong sales results and upholding store standards.

You’ll lead by example, recruit and develop talent, and ensure operational excellence through visual merchandising and daily ship/stock processes. Integrity and policy adherence are essential in this role.

Responsibilities

• You have a passion for driving sales as a key LOD, maximizing Fitting Room and Salesfloor productivity and building guest loyalty.
• Lead and motivate the team through AEO's core values; model service standards on the Salesfloor and in the Fitting Room.
• Recruit and hire strong talent to ensure staffing aligns with business needs and train/develop associates for outstanding service.
• Provide ongoing performance feedback and real-time coaching to achieve KPI targets.
• Execute daily visual and operational procedures including shipment processing, merchandising moves and visual standards.
