LOFT in Collierville, TN is seeking a Sales Lead to model and deliver personalized customer experiences while guiding and coaching store associates. You will collaborate with the Store Manager to understand store functions and be ready to step in as manager when needed.

You will help onboard and develop an engaged team, uphold visual and operational standards, and use available tools to drive a customer-focused, omnichannel shopping experience.

Qualifications

• 6-months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Technology proficiency and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
