Job summary

LOFT in Collierville, TN is seeking a part-time Sales Lead to deliver personalized customer experiences and support a high-performing team. You will collaborate closely with the Store Manager to learn store functions and be ready to step in as manager when needed.

You will model outstanding service, coach associates, and uphold brand standards while driving an omnichannel experience. Flexibility with evenings, weekends, and holidays is required, with opportunities for professional development

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Technology proficient and able to operate a POS system.
• Enjoys communicating and coaching.
• Flexible availability includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions.
• Ability to organize, delegate, and prioritize assignments to meet deadlines.
