LOFT in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Sales Lead to support and role model exceptional customer experiences. You will guide and coach associates, collaborate with the Store Manager, and be ready to step into a managerial role when needed.

A focus on onboarding, developing teams, and maintaining strong store standards will be essential. We value 6 months of retail sales experience (preferred) and management experience (preferred).

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience preferred.

• Technology proficient and able to operate a point-of-sale system.
