Job summary

LOFT is seeking a Sales Lead at Store 1409-Carriage Crossing-ANN-Collierville, TN 38017 to model exceptional customer service and guide a team of associates. You will partner with the Store Manager to master store operations and readiness to act as manager when needed.

Key duties include onboarding and developing a highly engaged team, maintaining brand standards, and enabling a seamless omnichannel experience for customers. Evening/weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience (preferred).
• Management experience (preferred).
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Enjoys communicating and coaching.
• Flexible availability – including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions.
• Ability to organize, delegate, and prioritize assignments to stay on top of deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized customer experiences and provide guidance to associates.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to become an expert on store functions.
• Step in as manager when needed.
• Coach and onboard team to be highly engaged and customer-focused.
• Uphold brand standards and support omnichannel shopping experiences.
