LOFT in Lubbock, TX is seeking a Sales Lead to model exceptional customer experiences and support store teammates. You will work closely with the Store Manager to master store operations and be ready to step in as acting manager when needed.

This role emphasizes coaching, brand representation, and using available tools to drive a customer-focused team and a seamless omnichannel experience, including flexible scheduling to cover evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Technology proficient and able to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Enjoys communicating and coaching.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Takes initiative and prioritizes tasks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized customer experiences and guide associates.
• Collaborate with Store Manager and stand in as manager when needed.
