Job summary

LOFT in Loveland, CO is seeking a Sales Lead to model excellent customer experiences and guide associates. You will work with the Store Manager to understand store operations and be ready to step in as manager when needed.

You’ll represent the brand, onboard and develop a highly engaged team, foster an inclusive environment, and use available tools to drive a customer-focused, profitable business while maintaining visual and operational standards.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Technologically proficient with the ability to operate a POS system.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays; ability to prioritize and delegate.

Responsibilities

• Be a brand representative delivering personalized customer experiences.
• Assist store leaders with onboarding and developing a highly engaged team.
• Support an inclusive store environment where everyone feels welcome.
• Uphold visual and operational standards while focusing on customers.
• Provide in-the-moment coaching and feedback to associates.

• Step into manager responsibilities when needed.
