Job summary

LOFT in Lubbock, TX is seeking a part-time Sales Lead to model exceptional customer experiences and guide associates. You will collaborate with the Store Manager to master store functions and be prepared to step in as manager when needed.

The role focuses on delivering personalized service, onboard and develop the team, and maintaining brand standards while supporting omnichannel initiatives. Availability includes evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Six months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Proficient with point-of-sale systems.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions.
• Ability to organize, delegate, and prioritize tasks.

• Represent the brand and model personalized customer experiences.
