Job summary

LOFT in Acton, MA is seeking a Sales Lead to model exceptional customer experiences, support associates, and collaborate with the Store Manager to ensure smooth store operations. You’ll guide teams, drive omnichannel shopping, and represent the brand in daily interactions.

The role requires 6 months of retail sales experience (preferred) and management experience (preferred). You’ll coach, schedule, and prioritize tasks, with flexible evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Technology proficient and able to operate a POS system.
• Enjoys communicating and coaching others.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions.
• Able to organize, delegate, and prioritize assignments to meet deadlines.
