Job summary

LOFT is seeking a Sales Lead to model exceptional customer experiences and guide associates in delivering personalized service. You will collaborate with the Store Manager to master store operations and step in as manager when needed.

You will lead by example, support onboarding, and ensure the team provides a seamless omnichannel shopping experience at Store 1929-ParkWest-ANN-Peoria, AZ 85345. Flexible availability and a customer-first mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Proficient with point-of-sale systems.
• Strong communication and coaching abilities.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Be a representative of the LOFT brand and model personalized customer experiences.
• Assist store leaders with onboarding and developing an engaged team.
• Support an inclusive environment for associates where everyone feels welcome.
• Uphold visual and operational standards focused on the customer.
• Use tools to drive a customer-focused team and profitable store performance.
• Provide in-the-moment feedback and coaching to associates."
• Build productive relationships by sharing ideas and supporting the team.
