Job summary

LOFT in Midland, TX is seeking a Sales Lead to model and deliver exceptional customer experiences while guiding a team of associates. You will partner with the Store Manager to oversee store operations, coaching, onboarding, and staff development to strengthen engagement and performance.

In this role you will drive a customer-focused environment, leverage POS technology, and support omnichannel initiatives to ensure a seamless shopping experience.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Proficient with POS systems and technology.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills.
• Flexible availability – evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Model excellent customer experiences and support associates.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to oversee store functions and onboarding.
• Provide in-the-m moment feedback and coaching to the team.
