Job summary

LOFT is seeking a Sales Lead in Overland Park to guide a high-energy team and deliver personalized shopping experiences. You will model customer engagement, coach associates, and partner with the Store Manager to keep store operations running smoothly.

In this role you’ll drive sales through excellent service, onboard new team members, and help execute brand initiatives while maintaining LOFT’s welcoming environment and immaculate visual standards.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Technologically proficient and able to operate a POS system.
• Enjoys communicating and coaching.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized customer experiences and guide associates.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to train and develop the team.
• Step in as manager when needed and uphold brand standards.
• Use tools to drive a customer-focused, profitable store environment.
