Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience (preferred).
• Management experience (preferred).
• Proficient with POS systems and technology.
• Enjoys communicating and coaching others.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Able to organize, delegate, and prioritize assignments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach associates to deliver personalized customer experiences.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager to onboard and develop the team.
• Maintain high visual and operational standards while focusing on customer needs.
• Utilize tools to enable a seamless omnichannel shopping experience.
• Step in as manager when needed.
