Operating in a fast-paced retail environment, you will manage day-to-day store operations, support staff development, and ensure safety and asset protection while delivering friendly, knowledgeable service to shoppers.

• Lead during MOD segments to meet sales targets.
• Open and close the building and ensure safety for staff and customers.
• Ensure compliance with safety, customer experience, asset protection goals.
• Perform selling floor tasks requiring physical activity.
