Paper Source in San Francisco is seeking a Sales Lead for part-time hours to guide store operations, mentor staff, and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will model selling behaviors, manage replenishment and merchandising, and collaborate with teammates to meet sales goals.

You will lead by example on the sales floor, train associates, and ensure compliance with safety and service standards while supporting promotional campaigns and store initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Create memorable shopping experiences to encourage repeat visits.
• Ensure vibrant store visuals and replenishment standards are consistently met.
• Sell through campaigns, promotions and services by engaging customers.
• Mentor and develop CSAs to grow product knowledge and service levels.
• Direct daily store operations including receiving, returns, and payroll considerations.
• Identify opportunities to improve store operations and communicate with the team.
• Collaborate with store team and provide constructive feedback.
• Lead during MOD shifts to drive sales and customer experience.
• Oversee merchandising and replenishment during scheduled periods.
• Open/close the store and ensure safety of staff and customers.
• Maintain compliance with company standards for safety, service, and loss prevention.
• Perform physical tasks on the selling floor as required.
