Paper Source, Inc. is seeking a Sales Lead in Santa Monica to model strong selling behaviors and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will mentor Customer Service Associates, drive store operations, and lead merchandising and replenishment while ensuring safety and policy compliance.

You will collaborate with the store team to meet sales goals and optimize the customer journey, developing employees and maintaining a vibrant, inviting shopping environment for our customers.
