Job summary

LOFT in Indianapolis is seeking a Sales Lead to model excellent customer experiences and coach associates. You’ll partner with the Store Manager to run daily store operations, onboard and develop a highly engaged team, and maintain visual standards while focusing on the customer.

Responsibilities include guiding in-the-moment feedback, using POS tools to support omnichannel shopping, and stepping in as acting manager when needed. Retail experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Comfort with point-of-sale systems and store tools.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
