Job summary

LOFT in Indianapolis is seeking a Sales Lead to model and deliver personalized customer experiences while guiding a team of associates. You’ll collaborate with the Store Manager to step in as manager when needed and help uphold LOFT’s standards across service and visual presentation.

You’ll bring 6 months of retail sales experience (preferred) and a collaborative, coachable leadership style, with flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience (preferred).
• Management experience (preferred).
• Technology proficient with a point-of-sale system.
• Strong communication and coaching abilities.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Shows initiative and makes thoughtful decisions.
• Organizes, delegates, and prioritizes tasks to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities
