Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience in women's specialty retail or similar environment.
• Passion for customer service and building meaningful relationships.
• Strong ability to support, inspire, and motivate a team.
• Proven track record of contributing to sales and customer engagement.

Responsabilités

• Act as a role model by building strong customer relationships and supporting community engagement.
• Train and coach team members to ensure store success.
• Drive store performance through personalized styling and sales targets.
• Maintain deep knowledge of products to assist confident purchases.
• Support operations including opening/closing, merchandising, and inventory.
• Communicate with leadership across audiences and adapt messaging.
