Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience, preferably in women's specialty retail.
• Passion for customer service and building meaningful relationships.
• Strong ability to support, inspire, and motivate a team.
• Proven track record of contributing to sales and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Act as a role model by developing and maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Assist in training and developing team members, coaching and supporting to ensure team success.
• Help drive store performance by identifying customer needs, providing personalized styling recommendations, and contributing to sales targets.
• Maintain deep knowledge of J.Jill's products to support confident purchasing decisions.
• Assist with store operations, including opening/closing, visual merchandising, inventory management, and adherence to policies.
